Selah Press Commitment To Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available in the footer of every page and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information submitted on the Selah Press website. On some pages & posts, you can leave comments, enter giveaways and make requests. The types of personal information collected are:

The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when leaving comments, entries & contacting us only to respond to your request. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to respond or mail out prizes.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
Author-preneur University Terms
Selah Press would like all participants to gain the maximum benefit, for that reason the following policies will be strictly adhered to. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
Registration
Early registration is strongly advised to secure your space in the course of your choice, and to allow the earliest possible confirmation of the class.
While every attempt will be made to adhere to posted schedules, Selah Press reserves the right to adjust session schedules or combine classes. All registered students will be notified of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible. If your writing class is changed, cancelled or rescheduled, you may request transfer to another workshop or full refund. There will be no fees will be assessed on refunds for classes cancelled by Selah Press.
Registration Cut-off Date
The registration cut-off date for each course is, unless otherwise stated, one (1) calendar day before the first session of the writing course. It is the student’s responsibility to acquire any suggested or required reading material by the course start date. Registrations received after the cut-off date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
For immediate online registration, tuition is payable in full via PayPal. For some courses a payment plan can be arranged.
Cancellations & Refunds
Selah Press is confident that you will benefit from your Author-Preneur University, and your paid registration guarantees a place for you. Because that place cannot be filled after the registration cut-off date, if circumstances do force you to withdraw, the following refund policies apply:
- Reservations are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to anyone you’d like, by selling it or giving it away.
- If we cancel or reschedule a course, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Please notify us by email at info@selah-press.com regarding any transfer of reservations. Your email message must include: your full name, registered email address (if different from the address you are emailing us from), and the name and email of the participate the reservation is being transferred to.
Attendance and Homework
You will not be graded on either your attendance or assigned homework. However, you will get the most out of the program if you fully participate. We highly suggest doing all of the assigned work, reading, calling in for all sessions and participating in all group question and answer discussions.
Academic Credits
These sessions are not graded, and Selah Press does not confer any type of academic credit.
Publishing and Services Terms
Submissions
While Selah Press is not a traditional publisher, we do care what carries our publisher imprint. Our goal is to help you. The submission process will help you put your idea on paper, give us a clear idea of your book’s content and direct you to the perfect publishing package or à la carte service combination.
Payment
A down payment of at least 50% of the estimated job is required. Final payment is due at the time of the final review of book, article, website or other publication takes place. Publication will not take place until full payment has been made.
Rates may vary depending on the nature of the work, the time frame of the assignment, and amount of research required. Additional fees may come up to cover graphics, third-party fees, and/or unforeseen issues.
Right of Refusal
Selah Press reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, decline publication under Selah Press imprint and/or author’s imprint.
Art Work
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain proper right and licenses to all images, content and elements used on their design. The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Selah Press, LLC against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to materials included in the work at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission of privacy release was requested or uses which exceed the uses allowed pursuant to permission or a release.
One on One Coaching Terms
Availability
One-on-one business and book coaching are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
Occasionally life happens and an appointment has to be canceled. It happens. If for any reason you need to cancel a coaching appointment with Kayla Fioravanti, please notify us in writing at least 24 hours in advance, but don’t make it a habit. If you need to reschedule and you give us 24 hour notice in writing, your payment will remain on file for up to three months. Please reschedule your appointment within three months of your canceled appointment.
Refund Policy
No refunds for appointments missed without 24 hour written notice and/or appointments not rescheduled within 3 months. Unfortunately, all services rendered are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Please understand that any Bite-Sized Book contract incurs recurring fees broken down into either 6 or 12 payments within a year. Because your Bite-Sized Book contract is for a specific period of time, no pro-rated refunds are provided. It is your responsibility to submit your Bite-Sized Book on time and as previously agreed when the contract is signed.
Right of Refusal
Selah Press reserves the right to refuse coaching service to anyone.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL SELAH PRESS SERVICES, SITE, AND COURSES
This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Selah Press LLC (sometimes referred to as “COMPANY,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from COMPANY. Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of COMPANY and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent of COMPANY. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by COMPANY to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in Franklin, TN. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
TERMINATION
We may cancel or terminate your right to use the Site/Services or any part of the Site at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Site affected by such cancellation or termination.
